BOUNDARIES COACHING

You cannot say no. Work has taken the rest.

Over-giving at work, nothing left at home. You take on more than you should, you do not say what you need, and the people who benefit most have stopped noticing. Boundaries coaching puts your time and your energy back under your own control.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Poor boundaries rarely look like a problem from the outside. They look like reliability, willingness and someone who never says no. Many of my clients are parents who feel the pull between the job and home, and end up protecting neither.

Boundaries are not walls, and they are not rudeness. They are the line that tells people how to treat you, and nobody can respect a line you have never drawn. If over-giving has already run you into the ground, see my Burnout Coaching page.

What healthy boundaries actually feel like

This is not about becoming difficult or unavailable. It is about being assertive enough that your yes means something, and knowing that the power of no is yours to use.

How we build it

Boundaries are not a script you memorise. They are built from what you believe you are allowed to ask for, using my MAP Framework.

Mindset

We go after the beliefs that make no feel dangerous: that being needed is what makes you valuable, that saying no lets people down, that your own needs come last by default.

Actions

We build the practical skill: how you decline without a paragraph of justification, how you ask for what you need, and how you call out behaviour at the time it happens rather than three weeks later.

Priorities

We decide what actually gets your time and energy, so the line you hold is protecting something you have chosen rather than something you resent.
