Welcome to the Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Training Program. Having gone through the training myself - as well as a rigourous accreditation process - I am certified to take individuals, teams and organisations through the process, and can testify to the results personally too.

The training is based on breakthrough research involving hundreds of CEO’s and their exec teams, elite athletes, Stanford Students and over 800,000 participants in 52 countries and counting.

Blending the latest developments in Neuroscience, CBT, Positive Psychology and Performance Science, mental fitness works to strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quieten the part that sabotages you.

Mental fitness is increased when new mental muscles are strengthened through positive habits. These become visible as new neural pathways in MRI imaging within 8 weeks of practice.

The approach

The program focuses on growing three specific mental muscles; these are our “Saboteur Interceptor”, “Sage” and “Self Command” muscles.

Our “Saboteurs” are the voices in our heads that generate negative emotions. They represent automated patterns in our mind for how we think, feel and respond. They motivate through fear, stress, anger, guilt, shame, insecurity. Our Saboteurs may generate success but never happiness.

Mental fitness training is designed help us to habitually switch to a more “Sage” response instead.

Our Sage mind sits in our prefrontal cortex; the brain region responsible for positive emotions, big-picture thinking, resourcefulness and creativity. Its’ focus is on generating the highest success AND sustained happiness.

Intercepting one’s “Saboteurs” and activating one’s “Sage” automatically (using our self-command muscle) results in a wide array of impacts including stress management, relationship improvement, performance, selling and persuasion, creativity, leadership, resilience, and happiness.

how we work together

At the heart of Mental Fitness is the Positive Intelligence (“PQ”) platform; a 7-week Intensive foundation course delivered via the Positive Intelligence app, and supported by weekly group coaching with me. The app then serves as a platform for ongoing growth, with personalised daily practices and additional modules to help you apply your mental fitness to a variety of work and life applications including stress, wellness, relationships, parenting, career planning, emotional intelligence, conflict management, creativity, leadership, performance and more.

Foundation course - 7 weeks:

HOW IT WORKS FOR BUSINESSES & SALES TEAMS

seven Weeks of Foundation

The first seven-weeks involves the same foundational Mental Fitness program as for individuals. This requires 15-minutes per day of practice to lay out the foundational neural pathways forming the 3 core muscles of mental fitness: Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command, and Sage.

Starting the 7th week, the Positive Intelligence application enables teams to strengthen the 4 Pillars that maximize team performance and wellbeing: Triple Purpose, Earned Trust, Healthy Conflict, and Mutual Accountability.

Months of Applications

The app platform then enables continuing growth though new daily content and ongoing modules to apply Mental Fitness across a variety of personal and professional, individual and team applications.  Mental Fitness, similar to physical fitness, gets to be an ongoing commitment.

Sustained Engagement

Inspired by measurable results and gamification, participants continue to level up on the Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command, and 5 Sage Powers. Each new application grows the core underlying muscles.

Ongoing Coaching Support & Facilication

I will work closely with the organisation to ensure the success of the program, and to integrate and apply Mental Fitness across a variety of applications such as Leadership, Creativity, Conflict Management, Performance Optimisation, Stress Management and more.

MY EXPERTISE

I am a Professional Certified Coach, Hypnotherapist and Positive Intelligence Practitioner with over 25 years of senior business roles and a lifetime of experience in meditation and self-discovery. It has always been essential for me to balance two fundamental needs: outer success and inner peace. 

I blend a unique range of left and right-brain disciplines including neuroscience, positive psychology, buddhism, NLP and goal visualization. My approach is holistic, and leverages your strategic and creative strengths, as well as my own.
