At the heart of Mental Fitness is the Positive Intelligence (“PQ”) platform; a 7-week Intensive foundation course delivered via the Positive Intelligence app, and supported by weekly group coaching. The app then serves as a platform for ongoing growth for the rest of the year, with personalised daily practices and additional modules to help apply mental fitness to a variety of work and life applications including stress, wellness, relationships, parenting, career planning, emotional intelligence, conflict management, creativity, leadership, performance and more.

Organisations build on this foundation, with specific modules tailored to their needsm supported by ongoing coaching and facilitation delivered over the course of the year.

MY EXPERTISE

I am a Professional Certified Coach, Hypnotherapist and Positive Intelligence Practitioner with over 25 years of senior business roles and a lifetime of experience in meditation and self-discovery. It has always been essential for me to balance two fundamental needs: outer success and inner peace. 

I blend a unique range of left and right-brain disciplines including neuroscience, positive psychology, buddhism, NLP and goal visualization. My approach is holistic, and leverages your strategic and creative strengths, as well as my own.
