I call my approach U CARE, because I do!

It’s an acronym for the following:

Understand:  where are you now versus where you want to get to?  What are your key drivers and definitions of success?  What internal tensions / conflicts / limiting beliefs may be hindering your professional / personal growth? 

Create:  ideas, insights and awareness. Visualize and articulate success. Design SMART goals and strategies to get there.

Align:  re-align with your core values. Re-frame limiting beliefs. Integrate conscious and subconscious goals, values and needs, so that mind and body can work together towards unified goals. 

Realize:  put your SMART goals into action, then monitor, assess and calibrate. 

Embody:  your new positive behaviours; trusting your inner wisdom, navigating issues and opportunities with confidence and resourcefulness, remaining mindful to your mental and emotional well-being, acknowledging and enjoying the wins!

How We Work Together

My individual coaching is highly tailored. Together we explore and co-create a coaching plan that is unique to your specific needs, goals and desires.

Typical goals include:

  • Work goals and OKR’s

  • Clarity and prioritized focus

  • Peace of mind and headspace

  • Confidence and self-trust

  • Wellbeing

Each session is 60 minutes long, and in order to see significant results I suggest having sessions every one or two weeks for a minimum of 6 months.

I am based in the UK, but work with clients all over the world, from Australia to the Americas to Europe using Zoom.

My Expertise

I am a Professional Certified Coach, Hypnotherapist and Positive Intelligence Practitioner with over 25 years of senior business roles and a lifetime of experience in meditation and self-discovery. It has always been essential for me to balance two fundamental needs: outer success and inner peace. 

I blend a unique range of left and right-brain disciplines including neuroscience, positive psychology, buddhism, NLP and goal visualization. My approach is holistic, and leverages your strategic and creative strengths, as well as my own.
