Whether you’re an individual or a team, the journey begins with a 7-week foundation course delivered via the Positive Intelligence mobile or desktop app and supported by weekly coaching. This creates a strong baseline for personal and professional growth—combining daily practice with powerful insights and tools that apply to work, life, and everything in between.

Organisations can then build on this foundation with additional content and ongoing coaching tailored to their unique goals—embedding mental fitness across leadership, performance, wellbeing, and team dynamics over 3 to 12 months.

MY EXPERTISE

I am a Professional Certified Coach, Hypnotherapist and Positive Intelligence Practitioner with over 25 years of senior business roles and a lifetime of experience in meditation and self-discovery. It has always been essential for me to balance two fundamental needs: outer success and inner peace. 

I blend a unique range of left and right-brain disciplines including neuroscience, positive psychology, buddhism, NLP and goal visualization. My approach is holistic, and leverages your strategic and creative strengths, as well as my own.
