Wanted: Executive Teams to Volunteer for Coaching

In January, I completed my Advanced Certified Team Coach Training 🥳—a big step forward in my mission to help businesses thrive.

Now, I’m looking for 3 executive teams to experience 2-6 months of high-impact team coaching while I complete my required certification hours. This is a one-time opportunity to experience expert team coaching at a fraction of the usual investment. Note - I will  be asking for constructive feedback and a testimonial that shows how truly delighted you are at the end of the engagement - only of course where you really mean it.

How it works

You will benefit from up to 6 x 2.5 hour monthly team coaching sessions with me (a max total of 15 hours) at only 20% of my usual cost (£250 Vs £1,250 per session). If you book all 6 sessions, you save £6,250 by only paying £1,250.

The structure will be tailored according to your needs (we will do a discovery assessment beforehand) but could look like the following:

1) The Bigger Picture
If we were extraordinarily successful as a team, what would it look/feel like? What impact would it have on our business/team/ourselves? What would we need to do to make this happen?
- Opportunities to be embraced?
- Limitations to be overcome?
This can then form the basis for us to design and agree the team coaching plan.

2) Team Purpose, Roles & Responsibilities
How and where can we leverage our individual strengths towards our common goal? Where can we shift from a space of expectation to agreement?

3) Team rules & Charter
Creating a team agreement based on keys areas that are most conducive to the team's success e.g. time-management, the decision-making process, communication, accountability , support, conflict management and more.

4) Mental Fitness & Emotional Intelligence
Leveraging Positive Intelligence techniques to strengthen the part of our brain that serves us and quieten the part that sabotages us so we can approach every circumstance and challenge resourcefully and without the stress. How and where can we apply this to key areas of the team coaching plan?

5) Team Performance
This will be highly tailored to each team and may cover key areas such as improving communication, boosting problem-solving abilities, resolving conflicts or enhancing stress resilience. How can we self-regulate as a team for sustainable team performance and wellbeing? Expect key strategies and action plans as outcomes.

6) Performance Review & Iteration
To be held after a 3-month gap. How are we performing as a team towards our goals? What would we like to celebrate? What would we like to focus on next? What resources and support will help us? Creating a team commitment moving forward.
